Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a free trial?

No, we don't offer a free trial. We have a free plan that you can use to get started.

How much control do I have over my experiments?

Wiggl can be ran autonomously, fully manual, and everything in-between. Each step in the process can be automated or manually controlled.

If you have a specific experiment in mind, you can also set that up during the setup process.

Can Wiggl lower conversions?

Split tests have an innate risk of the experiment not performing as well as the original. However, we don't believe there is such a thing as an unsuccessful experiment.

Every experiment comes with insights, and Wiggl actively monitors the results of your experiments and will pause as soon as the data is statistically significant. If this happens, Wiggl will share the learnings with you and your team to prevent future losses when your business is bigger and has more at stake.

For users on paid plans, Wiggl offers a risk-tolerance setting that allows you to adjust the risk of your experiments. Higher risk settings provide potentially higher returns, whereas lower-risk usually comes with lower returns.

Overall, split testing is about experimenting to find what works for you and your business. An experiment that didn't work means you're closer to an experiment that does. Over a more extended testing period, Wiggl has consistently helped companies increase revenue and conversions.

What happens if I go over my monthly visitor cap?

If you're on the free plan, you can upgrade to a paid plan or your test will be paused until the next month. If you're on a paid plan, you will be charged for the overage. Learn more on our pricing page.

How private is my test experiment data?

Your split test data is private and is not shared with anyone outside of your organization.

However anonymous data on the results of the experiments are stored and used to improve the Wiggl AI and algorithm. You can opt out of sharing anonymous data in your settings.
